Job Description
UW Health in Rockford, IL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join the cardiology team at their UW Health Heart Institute. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a team-centered environment, supported by group services including CardioMEMs and Watchman. The position offers a four-day work week with a generous stipend for weekend and holiday hospital rounding.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
- Active APRN or PA license in State of Illinois
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
