Job Description
UW Health Northern Illinois is seeking an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their 30-bed Critical Care Unit in SwedishAmerican Hospital. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment, with a commitment to patient outcomes and professional development. The APP will provide direct patient care, manage complex conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- At least two years of Critical Care Unit experience (either as an APP or RN)
- Minimum of two years of acute care APP experience (which may overlap with CCU experience)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
