Job Description
UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join the over 350 employed providers of the SwedishAmerican Medical Group in Rockford, Illinois. The role offers flexible full- and part-time practice options and access to a variety of specialists, as well as opportunities for academic and teaching appointments with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
- Active Illinois medical license
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Bi-annual CPR certification
