Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Inpatient/Outpatient Pediatric Cardiology

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for patients in the Cardiac ICU, Neonatal ICU and in the general care units, and provide outpatient coverage in the Cardiology Clinic as needed.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant)
• Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin (if Nurse Practitioner)
• Active PA license in State of Wisconsin (if Physician Assistant)
• Active board certification as a NP in the following: Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (if Nurse Practitioner)
• Active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant)
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
• CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP)
