Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Inpatient/Outpatient Pediatric Hepatology

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients with pediatric hepatologic disorders in an inpatient/outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program (for NP)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program (for PA)
• State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
• Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses (for NP)
• Active PA license (for PA)
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
