Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Inpatient Pediatric Neurosurgery

UW Health's Advanced Practice Providers (APP) are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to pediatric neurosurgery patients at the American Family Children’s Hospital. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care, discharge planning, and collaboration with medical teams. The position reports to the Department of Advanced Practice and is supported by a dedicated Advisory Council.

Requirements

• Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses (including prescriptive authority)
• Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice
• Active PA license, including prescriptive authority
• Active PA board certification
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license
• Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice
