Job Description
Seeking a Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessment, intervention, and support to patients and families served by the Pediatric Surgical Specialties at American Family Children’s Hospital.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- 2 years prior hospital based social work experience
- Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) in the state of Wisconsin within 90 Days
