Requirements
- Provide high-quality customer service for the Outdoor Program
- Rent a wide-variety of outdoor-related equipment
- Learn to outfit and set up participants with the appropriate gear for their adventures
- Maintain a clean maintenance area and rental inventory
- Clean and organize the maintenance and rental areas
- Clean and repair equipment as needed with professional staff guidance
- Assist with inventory and organization as needed
- Create a physically and emotionally safe and welcoming environment within the Outdoor Program Office
- Work effectively with other students and Program Coordinators
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Evaluate and assess your performance with Program Coordinators
