
Job description
As Cook II, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional culinary experience that reflects the high standards of our kitchen. You are responsible for planning, prepping, setting up, and executing quality food production across all menu items and specials.
Prepare sauces, menu items, and daily specials in accordance with recipes, yield guides, and plating standards. Fabricate meat, fish, and poultry to meet menu specifications. Ensure all dishes are executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness.
2 years of food preparation or kitchen operations experience. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
