V2 AI is a leading AI-Native consultancy seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Principal to translate customer objectives into deployed, production-ready AI solutions. The role involves working closely with customer teams to design, build, and operationalise AI capabilities that solve real-world problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI & Software solutions within enterprise environments
- Deep expertise working with foundation models and modern AI system architectures
- Strong software engineering background, particularly in distributed or cloud-native systems
- Experience deploying solutions from concept through to production
- Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales or solution qualification
- Strong solution design and architectural capability
- Experience working closely with Product Owners or business-led delivery models
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces
- Experience with modern cloud and platform engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Ownership mindset focused on delivery outcomes and customer success
