Job Description
The Machine Parts Inspector II performs detailed inspections on machined parts, verifies materials and processes, and completes paperwork to ensure timely delivery of precision parts to customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years mechanical inspection and/or machining experience
- Ability to perform complex set-ups for part inspection
- Proficiency with complicated blueprints and advanced job shop mathematical calculations
- Familiarity with all facets of inspection techniques, including manual CMM operation and surface plate set-ups
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with AS9100 based quality management system
