Job Description
This position is a Manufacturing Program Manager for the MH-60M Block 1 modification program. Key responsibilities include program execution and oversight, manufacturing and production management, cross-functional collaboration, customer and vendor interface, and reporting and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing program management
- Proven experience managing complex modification or MRO programs
- Strong understanding of ECNs, MWOs, and DoD aircraft modification processes
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
