The Site Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the Quality Management System of NTWL squadrons, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The role will involve conducting audits, writing quality reports, and implementing corrective measures to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance Management (Aviation Field preferred)
- Bachelor's degree, plus 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (aviation preferred)
- Experience with NAVAIR 4790 & DCMA 8210 series instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent decision-making and methodical problem solving skills
- Technical proficiency as an aircraft mechanic (preferred)
- Technical proficiency as an aircraft quality inspector (preferred)
- Active passport with at least 18 months remaining to expiration
- Ability to challenge ideas and decisions and implement with commitment the selected decision, once made (disagree in private/agree in public)
