Lead Laborer - Earthwork (Union)

V3 Construction Trades is seeking a full-time Lead Laborer focusing on earthwork operations. The position involves assisting foreman with executing earthwork, stabilization, and restoration projects, and performing physical labor such as shoveling, lifting, and relocating materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with field crews on earthwork trade
• Knowledge of soil types, conditions, and soil mitigation methods
• Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug screening required
• Ability to perform daily physical labor (lift/carry min 50 lbs)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
