Job Description
The Production and Plant Operator role involves preparing and setting up production machines, producing and testing vacuum insulation panels (VIPs), performing minor repairs, troubleshooting, and shift handovers. The ideal candidate will have a metal or electrical trade background and technical understanding, alongside manual dexterity and a focus on quality.
Requirements
- Metal or electrical trade
- First professional experience desirable
- Basic computer skills
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to work in shifts (3 or 4 shifts)
- Careful and quality-conscious work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
