Job Description
DFPS is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to provide strategic planning to minimize the adverse effects of organizational changes within the agency and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding and working experience of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and influence without authority
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience conducting change management assessments
- Experience in creating actionable deliverables for core change management plans
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint)
- Strong communication - verbal, and written - skills with all levels of an organization including direct delivery staff up to executive-level leadership
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and team meetings
- Project management experience for enterprise-level Projects
- Certification in change management
- Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs
