We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Recruiting Lead to lead our recruitment efforts. The Recruiting Lead will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the successful placement of candidates across various industries and positions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiting Lead
- At least 3+ years of experience supporting the US staffing market
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various roles across different industries
- Proven experience in a senior-level recruitment role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
