Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for multiple projects that support the Texas Education agency's mission in improving outcomes for Texas students.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated work experience with the requirements management software 'Modern Requirements'
- Demonstrated work experience with the issue tracking software 'Atlassian Jira'
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- Knowledge of Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
- Previous experience in development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- Ability to design mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- Effective communication and facilitation skills
- A strong writing and organization skills
- A demonstrated experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
