Job Description
We’re a vacation rental company seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues at multiple vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate has experience in hotel, hospitality, or similar industries, with basic property maintenance experience and knowledge of appliance repair, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Requirements
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry
- 2 years of basic property maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of basic appliance repair, electrical systems, plumbing repair, HVAC repair, painting, and carpentry skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Reliable personal transportation
- Dependable and prepared
- Ability to move freely and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance
