Property Caretaker

We're a vacation rental company seeking a Property Caretaker to support our assigned portfolio of properties with responsibilities including property management, owner and guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and prepared
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable talking to people
