Job Description
Join Vagaro, a growing and innovative company revolutionizing beauty, wellness, and fitness software, as a Franchisee Partnership Manager. This quota-carrying role drives adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across assigned franchise partners.
Requirements
- Must be located in: New York, specifically in the Manhattan or Brooklyn markets
- 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management
- Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment
