Franchisee Partnership Manager (Virginia)

Vagaro is seeking a Franchisee Partnership Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across assigned franchise partners. The role involves building strong relationships with franchise owners, managing complex relationships, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management
• Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders
