Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider

Vail Health is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider to provide high-level, intensive inpatient behavioral health services. The provider will work with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans and discharge plans for patients. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting and a doctoral or master’s degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably an inpatient psychiatric unit, required.
• Documented experience in crisis response and working with acute populations, required.
• Rural behavioral health experience with specific knowledge of resources and community agencies specific as Eagle County, preferred.
• Understanding of Colorado laws and regulations as they relate to the mental health practices, privacy, confidentiality, supervision, and ethical delivery of care, preferred.
• Bilingual; English/Spanish preferred
