Inpatient Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) - PRN

Join our team at the Precourt Healing Center, a state-of-the-art behavioral health inpatient center, and make a difference in individuals' lives by providing direct care and support to patients experiencing behavioral health issues.

Requirements

• Provides direct patient care including obtaining and recording vital signs, assistance with daily living activities, crisis intervention, emotional support, education, maintaining patient documentation, and completing administrative duties.
• Responsible for working with the treatment team to develop and deliver culturally responsive, trauma informed, and developmentally appropriate curriculum for both group and individual patient engagement.
• Maintains a clean and organized environment conducive to recovery.
• Actively participates in treatment team meetings to discuss patient care and contribute input on care plans.
• Collaborates effectively with the PHC treatment team, as well as team members across the behavioral health service line, and the entire health system.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.
