The Director of Marketing & Content Strategy will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing for Vail Health, its services and affiliates. The position plans, directs, manages and ensures the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Five years marketing experience in a large non-profit setting, preferably in a healthcare environment, with management experience
- Five years of project management experience; strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to communicate in writing and verbally with tact, diplomacy and/or authority when necessary
- Five years of experience developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns
- Five years of experience building strong community relationships that support the organizations objectives
- Strong negotiation skills
