Requirements
- Implement curriculum through classroom activities grounded in developmentally appropriate practices and aligned with early learning standards
- Plan and lead individual and group age-appropriate activities that actively engage children and promote social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development
- Communicate frequently and effectively with parents through informal discussions, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences
