Job Description
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides rehabilitative services to patients with impairments, assisting Therapists in assessments, interventions, and program implementation. This is a PRN position with a monthly work requirement and competitive pay, with the potential for weekend shifts and a performance-based bonus.
Requirements
- Knowledge of human injury, disease, and deformation diagnoses.
- Skill in using deductive and inductive reasoning.
- Knowledge of medical safety hazards and infection control.
- Communication skills for clear and concise messaging.
