Job Description
The Physical Therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical safety hazards and precautions
- Ability to communicate with different audiences in a simple, clear and concise manner
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Ability to identify when confidentiality, discretion and judgment are needed, and exhibit these traits appropriately
- Ability to keep detailed reports, and use information technology including email and web navigation, clinical EMR, and Microsoft Suite programs
