Job Description
Developing one of the most efficient heat pumps on the market and turning the lights on only when needed. Head of IT Governance & Services (m/f/d) will provide strategic leadership for global IT governance and shared services landscape, ensuring that Vaillant Group's IT organization operates with excellence, transparency and integrity.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, economics or an equivalent field
- At least 12 years of global IT leadership responsibility
- 5 years of people leadership experience
- Deep expertise in IT governance, service management, financial stewardship, risk & compliance, and vendor management
- Strong architectural literacy and alignment to IT4IT, TOGAF, ITIL and COBIT principles
- Collaborative and emotionally intelligent leader with strong strategic thinking, persuasive communication skills and the ability to guide organizational change in a complex international environment
