You will be responsible for leading SAP Controlling activities within our Record-to-Report Controlling IT Teams, driving innovations in the Controlling IT area, and ensuring that new processes and functionalities for management accounting are successfully implemented. Together with internal IT consultants, their team leaders, internal stakeholders, and external service providers, you will coordinate R2R projects and actively drive innovation initiatives that improve our global controlling processes. Your tasks will include ensuring project success by managing timelines, budgets, and results while maintaining transparent and trustworthy communication with all stakeholders. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams based on established methods and work closely with our global Process Owner Teams and our operational business partners. By advising and supporting both IT consultants and departments, you will provide valuable input in discussions on process design, solution concepts, and implementation approaches within SAP S/4HANA Controlling. What makes us successful Qualification: You hold a completed university degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field. Experience: You bring several years of practical experience in consulting and project management—ideally with in-depth expertise in SAP Controlling and integration knowledge of adjacent business processes. Know-how: You possess comprehensive knowledge of modern controlling solutions and upcoming SAP innovations, supplemented by experience in SAP rollout activities. Nice to have: Ideally, you have experience with the latest release of SAP S/4HANA Finance. Personality: You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and a proactive and collaborative work style. Language skills: For this role, you need excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the company—You speak fluent English in daily business, German is a plus.
