Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Service2Retention team and improve service solutions for Vaillant Group using Salesforce. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative solutions, manage requirements and expectations of stakeholders, and co-create a self-organizing and autonomous team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in designing sales or service processes
- Solid understanding of various types of service processes
- Proficient in English, knowledge of Polish or German is an added advantage
