We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Service2Retention team. In this role, you will design and implement innovative solutions in collaboration with IT teams, customers, and product owners using Salesforce. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including service solutions for the Vaillant Group, and contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing salesforce or service processes
- solid understanding of different types of service processes
- fluent English language skills
- Polish or German language skills (plus)
