Salesforce L2O Consultant

Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, streamline processes, and enable colleagues to fully utilize Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in designing Salesforce processes, preferably in Sales Cloud
• Experience in migrating to Lightning, handling processes related to support, such as contracts, orders, and invoicing
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics functions
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
• Experience with AppExchange, data integration tools, Jira, Confluence, SOQL, and Salesforce Workbench
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and initiative in taking responsibility for complex tasks
