Giant Leap Trainee

Vaisala is a global leader in measurement instruments and intelligence helping industries, nations, people, and the planet to thrive. The Giant Leap Trainee - AI Support Automation Developer role is a full-time, hybrid, paid internship from June to August, where you will work on real-life questions important for Vaisala as a company, with training sessions throughout the summer. You will help train and improve Vaisala's AI tool (Taika) to understand Vaisala's products, interpret support cases, and provide high-quality, explainable responses.

Requirements

• Familiarity with backend development and web APIs
• Understanding of modern AI / machine learning concepts
• Exposure to data processing and analysis
• Comfort working with APIs and integrations
• Interest or experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
