Recruiter for US IT Bench Sales position, responsible for updating consultant resumes, negotiating rates, and maintaining professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment
- B. Tech / B.E. degree
- Expertise in internet recruiting tools (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, GoogleGroups, etc.)
- Knowledge of tax terms (C2C, C2H, W2, etc.) and job types (Contract, C2H, Full Time, Part Time, etc.)
- Ability to negotiate and persuade candidates to join clients on time
- Good communication and coordination skills
