We're seeking a Paid Media Manager to develop, execute, and optimize online paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. This role will focus on generating high-quality leads and driving brand visibility among business owners and executives in North America & Canada.
Requirements
- English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 3+ years of marketing experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
