Paid Media Manager role to develop, execute, and optimize online paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. Key responsibilities include ad copy writing, campaign setup and optimization, and data analysis.
Requirements
- English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 3+ years of marketing experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
