Valeo is a tech global company seeking a Business Development Manager to join their OES Regional Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing or Sales, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
Requirements
- Build and follow the Performance Commercial methodology
- Monitor sales performance and efficiency through monthly/annual routines
- Conduct action plan reviews in coordination with Marketing Divisions and Valeo
- Contribute to sales in the framework of main deliverables of strategic planning and sales priority book (Budget, MTP)
- Consolidate regional and client proposals and deploy constant improvements in OES sales processes
- Support commercial teams by providing understanding and assimilation of methodology and processes
- Collect and analyze performance data interfunctionally, keep the OES management informed of critical questions regarding the implementation of the process and performance management results, make recommendations if necessary
- Define the design of business pilot tools based on identified commercial needs and feedback
- Direct initiatives to introduce/maintain best practices, including relevant comparative analysis to efficient performance management systems in similar organizations, allowing for the improvement of existing tools (CRM, analytics) and/or propose new suitable solutions.
