Customer Service Contact

Customer Service Contact responsible for demand planning, order integration, and supply chain management. Ensures customer demand is met through effective production planning and inventory management. Coordinates with logistics partners and maintains key parameters.

Requirements

• Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
• Strong customer oriented behavior
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
