Engineering Electronics Design Leader - Hardware

We are seeking an Engineering Electronics Design Leader - Hardware to lead on-time electronic project delivery, execution, schedule, performance, and cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HW/SW/SYS/eLAB/QA/Mechanic teams, establishing and monitoring project budgets and planning, managing deliverables, and ensuring Start Of Production and production quality.

Requirements

• Responsible of the on time electronic project delivery, execution, schedule, performance and cost
• Responsible of the coordination of the HW/SW/SYS/eLAB/QA/Mechanic teams
• To establish and monitor the electronics project budget and planning
• To manage on time the deliverables required by the project manager
• To perform and facilitate the project meetings and the design reviews and the industrialization reviews
• To guarantee the Start Of Production and production quality
• To participate to the RAISE design reviews
• To identify and track to closure all the open issues
• To analyse the impact of the new change requests on the project
• To identify and monitor the project risks
• To resolve the conflicts of interests
• To track the technical documentation integrity and quality
• To ensure the transfer of the project associated to the standard conformity
• To help, by his skills, other project members of the other departments
• To guarantee the system consistencies between design and validation
