Industrial Test Engineer

As an Industrial Test Engineer at Valeo, you will analyze customer requirements and develop test programs to ensure product functionality and integrality. You will work with the Software Validation Team to ensure complete test coverage and analyze defects to propose action plans to reduce.

Requirements

• Analyzing customer requirements, legal regulations, and internal specifications
• Developing EOLT specifications for new equipment
• Designing and developing complex test programs and systems
• Analyzing test cases and failure scenarios
• Checking product SW and Test Methodology/Coverage
• Making functional Tester software development and improvements
• Working with the Software Validation Team
• Analyzing customer specifications, legal requirements, and internal specifications
• Supporting the creation of test equipment specifications
• Performing validation, capabilities, test coverage, and stability performance
• Monitoring testing TLR, analyzing defects, and proposing action plans
• Validating standards and procedures
• Contributing to product & process FMEA
• Supporting the transition of newly developed processes into series production
• Developing an industrial cross-project competence
• Promoting Valeo Industrial standard rules and procedures
• Ensuring the respect of Safety and Environment procedures
