Requirements

• Design the manufacturing of a plastic part, a mold, and a process in line with Valeo's production system rules.
• Analyze new products to integrate new components
• Validate 3D mold designs for acceptance of layout and mold studies.
• Evaluate tools (current or new) and teach Valeo norms.
• Capitalize on production and supplier feedback to implement corrective and preventive actions (cost sharing, problem resolution, troubleshooting).
