Job Description
We are looking for an IS Solution Center Manager to lead our Shopfloor Systems Competency Center in Skawina. The position is a managerial role leading the Shop Floor Systems competency center, which focuses on Logistics and production systems at the plant level.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role leading a technical or systems competency center
- Expertise in DELMIA Apriso
- Experience with database management (Oracle or Postgres)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership abilities
