Job Description
Valeo is recruiting a Production Shift Supervisor for its Manufacturing Lighting Systems Plant in Chrzanów. The role involves team management, production performance, lean and optimization, process and quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in successful team management on production
- Preferred experience in the Automotive industry
- Higher technical education
- Basic knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to quickly make decisions and work efficiently under time pressure
- Readiness to work in a 3-shift or 4-brigade system
