Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for creating standards, ensuring safety culture, and detecting deviations in equipment. You will also develop expertise and specialists, manage maintenance resources, and propose maintenance budgets. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as measurements, micro-stoppages, and PDCA/FTA.
