Process/ Manufacturing Engineer (M/F/D)

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Engineering (Automation & Robotics, Production Process Management, or related technical fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing production projects, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English (minimum B2), capable of communicating technical requirements clearly.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing tools WCM, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Effective planning, analytical thinking (including supplier management), and the ability to lead technical analyses.
