Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

We are seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to join our team. As a Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of new projects, improving production efficiency, capitalizing and sharing industrial processes knowledge, and participating in the design of new equipment and lines.

Requirements

• Lead the industrialization of new projects
• Improve production efficiency
• Capitalize and share industrial processes knowledge
• Participate in the design of new equipment and lines
• Manage production equipment introduction
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals
• Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines
• Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment
• Perform trials on lines and deliver reports
• Build action plans and follow up
• Perform and/or collect equipment and process capabilities
• Set up equipment and propose process validation plans
• Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
• Monitor QCDM and propose improvements
• Survey performance of equipment and optimize
• Update routing on information system
• Support production technicians
• Be in contact with suppliers
• Participate in SPV workshop and APU QRQC
• Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards
• Apply and promote standards in domain
• Maintain 5S and report issues
• Alert for safety rules infringement
