• Reference in his domain for Valeo
• Define standard's roadmaps
• Lead and follow-up on transversal initiatives
• Support the team leader in tailoring the standard processes
• Communicates across Valeo Discipline Network
• Support/provide solutions to operational entities
• Perform technical reviews
• Present work progress
• Develop a features list and organize them into work packages
• Support Design Leaders & Project Management
• Commit on the performance level of the technical solutions provided
• Responsible for system and customer requirements analysis
• Responsible for high level design architecture definition
• Coach and train in his domain
• Coach and certify standard technical reviewers
• Develop and deliver technical training
