Production Operator

Production Operator responsible for ensuring production while respecting quality and deadlines, detecting and reporting anomalies, and maintaining machines and workstations.

Requirements

• Level 1: Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
• Level 1: Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
• Level 1: Complete production monitoring documents.
• Level 1: Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
• Level 1: Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Level 1: Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.
• Level 1: Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Level 2: Participate/Perform series changes.
• Level 2: Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
• Level 2: Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool.
• Level 2: Check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment.
• Level 2: Ensure level 1 maintenance.
• Level 2: Be guarantor of the 5S of the position.
• Level 2: Inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a QRAP if necessary.
• Level 2: Pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
• Level 2: Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.
• Level 2: Participate in improvement projects.
• Level 2: Carry out adjustment/parameterization operations on production equipment.
