Project Buyer

We are seeking a Project Buyer to join our team. As a Project Buyer, you will attend project meetings, lead and support project activities, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. You will also be responsible for selecting supplier bid-lists, identifying critical parts, and coordinating S-VRF definitions and supplier design reviews.

Requirements

• Member of project team
• Attends Project Meetings
• Leads and/or supports all project activities where purchasing is involved
• Selects supplier bid-list based on Compliant Segment Panel
• Identifies Critical Parts as per CLEAN definitions
• Reviews contingency plan with related PTM
• Coordinates S-VRF definition and upload in PuMa
• Plans Supplier Design reviews
• Assesses pre-selected suppliers risk impacts on the project
• Proposes mitigation plan and ensures it properly recorded in PuMa Pre-SoCo & SoCo section
• Performs RFQ Process via PuMa & Auction
• Leverages commodity organisation to reach pre-sourcing, sourcing decisions and meet project targets
